How does the pay calculator work?

Is my roster private?
Yes. Your roster is stored securely and is never shared with your airline, other crew, or third parties. Layover features only show opt-in presence to verified crew on the same trip, not your full schedule.
How does crew verification work?
You sign up with your airline crew email address. Layvr checks it against known airline domains and your crew ID before unlocking layover features, so every account on the crew map and in city chat is a real, verified airline employee.
Does Layvr share my location?
No. Location is off by default. You choose when to turn it on, and it's only ever visible to other verified crew, never to the public, and never sold to third parties.
Is my payslip data private?
Yes. Payslip uploads are used only to calculate your pay breakdown and check it against your roster. Your payslip data is encrypted, never shared with your airline or other crew, and you can delete it at any time.
Do I need to buy a local SIM card?
No. Layvr offers travel eSIMs for over 200 destinations, so you can get online before leaving the aircraft. Purchase and activate directly from the app.
