How to import your roster into Layvr

Connect RosterBuster, or export your duties from your airline's crew portal as a CSV or iCal feed, and bring them into Layvr in under a minute. Your schedule, FDP, and layover hints update automatically once it's in.

Import steps

  1. If your airline uses RosterBuster, connect your RosterBuster account directly from the Roster → Import screen.
  2. Otherwise, open your airline crew portal or roster app (Crew Access, eCrew, AIMS export, etc.) and export your duties as a CSV with columns such as Date, Activity, From, STD, To, or as an iCal feed.
  3. In Layvr, go to Roster → Import and upload the file or paste the CSV/iCal link.
  4. Your schedule and layover hints update automatically after import.

No roster yet? You can still set your layover airport in the Layover tab to join city chat.

Import questions

What format does my roster file need to be in?

CSV is the most reliable format and works for every supported airline. iCal feeds and direct crew portal connections are also supported for some airlines - check the roster page for the current list.

My airline isn't listed, can I still import?

Yes. Export a CSV with Date, Activity, From, STD, and To columns from whatever system your airline uses, and Layvr will parse it the same way.

Will importing again overwrite my existing roster?

Yes, re-importing replaces your existing duties for the dates covered by the new file, so always import your latest export after a roster change.

Ready to import?
