How to Import Your Cabin Crew Roster

Your roster is the spine of everything else: pay, layovers, FDP, sleep. If import breaks, the whole app is useless. How crew get their duty pattern into Layvr without retyping flights.

1. RosterBuster paste (fastest for most airlines)

Export or copy from RosterBuster, paste into Layvr import, and confirm. Layvr maps sectors, check-in times, and off days into one timeline. Works for SAS, BA, easyJet, Ryanair, and most airlines that crew already use RosterBuster with.

2. CSV upload when your airline exports spreadsheets

Some operators publish roster CSVs. Upload the file, Layvr reads duty dates, routes, and report times. If a column doesn't map cleanly, check roster import help for your airline format.

3. iCal feed for hands-off sync

If your airline provides an iCal URL, subscribe once and re-import when the roster publishes. Good for crew who get a calendar link from ops rather than a full export.

4. Re-import after every roster drop

5. Check today's check-in time on first import
