These terms govern your use of Layvr (the "app", "service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Layvr.
Layvr is built for active airline cabin crew and pilots. You must be at least 18, hold a genuine airline crew role or be in active training for one, and provide accurate account information. We verify crew status via badge and selfie checks before unlocking crew-only features (chat, layover map, meetups).
Submitting a fake badge, impersonating crew, or sharing your verified account with someone who isn't crew is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension. Verification photos are used only to confirm your role and are handled per our privacy policy.
Layvr's roster import, pay checker, and EASA FTL/FDP tracking tools are advisory aids built from data you provide (pasted rosters, CSV/iCal imports, payslip PDFs). They are not a substitute for your airline's official roster system, your company's official pay statements, or your airline's flight-time-limitation compliance systems. Always confirm duty times, pay, and legal flying limits against your airline's official sources before relying on them operationally.
You keep ownership of content you post (chat messages, housing listings, meetup posts, harassment log entries). You grant Layvr a limited license to store and display that content within the app to deliver the service. You're responsible for what you post and for having the right to post it (e.g., don't upload someone else's badge photo).
Layvr Pro is an optional paid tier (advanced pay tools, roster change alerts, and more) billed monthly. Pricing is shown in-app and on the Pro page before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your app store account settings; refunds follow the relevant app store's policy (Apple App Store or Google Play).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent verification, or pose a safety risk to other crew. You can delete your own account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
Layvr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that roster/pay calculations will always match your airline's official figures exactly. Crew map and layover features depend on other users opting in and may show incomplete information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layvr and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on roster, pay, or FTL data for operational decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as Layvr evolves. We'll update the date above and notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
